                   The purpose of this memorandum is to provide additional
             c-l@nical information to military health care professionals f amiliar
             I

             with the Content of the tri-service field manual "Treatment of
             Ch.,nical  Agent Casualties and Conventional Military Chemical
             in)uries, IT Feb 1990 (Army FM 8-285, Navy NAVMED P-5041, Air Force
             API 160-11).     The information in this memorandum is doctrinally
             cops stent and presented as part of the Institute's mission to
             provide postgraduate chemical casualty care instruction to health
             C@& professionals of the Amy, Navy, Air Force and allied nations.
             2.1 Unlimited release for distribution and local reproduction of
             this memorandum is authorized.             Its use is encouraged in
             compunction with U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical
             Defense instructional videotapes on nerve agent treatment, nerve
             ag nt pretreatment, and vesicants.
