          2. After determining a quorum of eight was present,
          COL Dangerfield opened the meeting at 1300.

          3. The approved minutes of the 13 September 1990 HSRRB meeting
          were presented for Board examination and comment (encl 1).

          4. The status of the protocols reviewed by the HSRRB at its
          13 June 1990 and 11 July 1990 meetings was presented for the
          Board's review (encls 2, 3).

          5. A list of protocols administratively approved as reported by
          the Human Use Review and Regulatory Affairs office since the
          13 September 1990 meetina was Dresented (encl 4).

          6. A current list of @SRRB members was Presented for @oard
          information (encl 5).

          7. The Board performed its annual review of the following
          orotocols for which it is the sole approval authority:
