               the results of future research concerning
               combat stress prevention and treatment of Post
               Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

                 5. (U) Long-Range Planning
               Objective 5: Plan to improve the overall
               health of all eligible beneficiaries through
               application of the concepts of health promotion
               and preventive medicine.

                  a. Mid-Range Planning Objectives

                    (1) (U) Plan to promote fitness, reduce
               health risks, and contain long term health care
               costs through the comprehensive Army Health
               Promotion Program.

                    (2) (U) Continue to reduce the high cost
               of claims associated with the Federal Employee
