               1.   @ Memorandum is requesting from U.S. Air Force their force
               strength requiring Bw vaccinations upon mobilization against an
               opposing force possessing Bw weapons. Memo is also requesting they
               identify their early deploying force requiring vaccination during
               peacetime 'and their requirement for botulinum antitoxin.

               2. (U) U.t. Air Force has requested memo for their useto obtain
               data from Tactical Air Command. U.S. Navy is requesting a copy of
               the memo to assist them in obtaining information from their
               organizations. Navy elected not to be on the tasking address line
               but wanted the memo we are sending to USAF.

               3. (U) This information will be compiled into the services'
               Medical Biological Warfare Defense Plan stating the services'
               position to and requesting concurrence from the Joint Staff and DoD
               Health Affairs.

               4. (U) Recommend forwarding of the memo.
