                4. (U) TITLE: Problem with NBC PE pills.
                5."Mi- OBSERVATION: NBC PB pill caused side effects.

                6."tiS4 DISCUSSION: The NBC PB pill caused side effects for the
                platoon. The side effects were diarrhea,, nervousness and in the
                platoon SGTO case caused a previous separated shoulder to
                re-inflame and almost caused him to be taken to the rear. The
                platoon SGT also said that the pills caused him to fall asleep
                and he was real hard to wake up.

                B.-tO RECOMMENDED ACTION: Soldiers should be trained on the
                side effects of the NBC PB nerve agent pill.
