    18 Feb      COC functional. Staff received first hot chow.

                Conducted NBC drills.





                9 India Co personnel aboard (O.R. Tecns). Nine OR's ano

                154 beds now operational. Runway 90% completed.



    19 Feb      LT Hawkins oirected to report to DSG-2 area to assume

                command of Charlie Co. Physicians and OR waros stooo-up

                with Alpha Co.



                Hotel Co still waiting for it-s 631 block from Golf Co.

                9 OR's and 178 beos now operational. Mass Casualty and

                Decon drill held today.    Air Force MASF on line. Molly

                Moore of the Washington Post aboard ooing personnel

                interviews. Ward 3 census of 1 patient.



    20 Feb      LT Hawkins assumes command of Charlie Co and LT Bierrum

                departs as Battalion MedLog Rep.



                Al Khanjar Trauma and Center DECON Station functional.

                Still working on waste disposal +or wards. 24 hour LZ

                watch set up. Identified a shortage of cots and blankets

                -For patients. Contingency plan to pull cots from the

                staff if needed. Received 21 personnel from Kilo Co.







    21 Feb      Charlie Co goes to MOPP level 2. CIPRO and

                Pyridostigmine distributed to all personnel. Clearing

                Station Alpha departs. OIC is LCDR McDonald.



                Golf appoints new executive officer, CDR T. Twarog, NC,

                USN.





                Hotel Co requests more stretchers. Auto batteries are

                requested again. Center received 3 buses and 6 drivers

                (DT's) from Al Juball. Medevac drill conducted with tne

                MASF. 9 OR's and 250 beds now operational.









    22 Feb     Charlie Co initiated prophylaxis treatment at 0600 with

               CIPRO and Pvridostigmine.



               Al Khanjar Trauma Center received nine casualties. CIPRO

d NAPP meds initiated today. Hotel Co again submits

               shortfalls list to S-4 today. 11 OR's and 270 beds

               now operational.
