Sandra P. Simpson, Program Assistant
Ms. Sandra P. Simpson, a native Californian and the former Staff Assistant to the Director of the Congressional Black Caucus Spouses Program, now serves as the Program Assistant to the Executive Director of the Special Oversight Board for the Department of Defense Investigations of the Gulf War Chemical and Biological Incidents. An alumna of Howard University, Ms. Simpson majored in Computer Based Information Systems.
