Ramp 1/2 and Tango 1,2 directed to evacuate all non-essential personnel and set up an initial cordon of 200 feet. 1311: Evacuation complete and 200 foot cordon established. All agencies now on scene. INFORMATION: Ordnance dropped was a MK-20, injured person identified as SGT Mayes/EMS. Nature of injuries unknown at this time 1315: Chief-2 ordered cordon to be extended to 500 feet all posts and patrols notified and directed to accomplish same. 1319: 500 foot cordon established 1322 Termination of ground emergency by Chief-2 All posts and patrols notified and directed to resume normal security operations.
