SUBJECT:  363 TFW MOBILITY PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

SUBJ: Mobility Processing 
 
TO: ALL BASE AGENCIES 

1. The following information is a reminder to the unit's of 
their responsibility in preparing for redeployment. This 
information should be useful to ensure cargo and passengers are 
in compliance with airlift movement criteria and to prevent 
unnecessary delays. All units are required to contact the 
Mobility Control Center ext 3187 with the name and phone number 
of their mobility POCs. 
 
	a.	Key telephone numbers are: 
 
		*Mobility Control Center (MCC) 
		*Maintenance Representative 
		*Transportation Control Unit (TCU) [(b)(2)]
		*Supply Rep 
		**Sub Motor Pool/ Vehicle Ops (SMP) 
		***Mobility Processing Unit (MPU)

***Located in base gym 

	b. Passenger Information: After assembling in the unit 
assembly area, departing personnel should report to the area in 
front of the tent city stage. Bring your Mobility A bag (less 
sleeping bag), one personal bag, one carry on bag, C-1 mini bag 
and gas mask and atropine injectors. Prior to loading on the 
bus, all baggage will be customs inspected. Medical Personnel 
will collect the atropine injectors. Upon completion of the 
customs inspection departing personnel will depart on the bus to 
the host base gym. Passengers departing on strategic aircraft 
will be transported to the base gym using transportation buses. 
No one should drive to the base gym for out processing. Once 
at the gym, deploying personnel will process through the MPU and 
then stay in a holding area until its time for aircraft 
departure. See your unit mobility NCO for show times at the tent 
city stage. Contact your unit mobility representative for 
baggage tags. If baggage tags are in short supply, put your 
name, home base, unit, and phone number on some masking tape and 
attach it to your baggage. 
 
 c. Unit Responsibilities: 
  (1) Establish priority and sequence for movement of 
passengers. 
  (2) Establish a unit assembly area for movement to the tent 
city stage next to the NCO club. 
  (3) Conduct personnel eligibility verification to ensure
