	(c)	Is pallet level and not warped? 
	(d)	Is pallet free of corrosion? 
	(e)	Is pallet clean and free of dirt? 
	(f)	Is pallet placed right-side up? 
	(g)	Is pallet placed on three-point dunnage? 
	(h)	Is cargo to placed on pallet securely packaged? 
	(i)	Does cargo have required mobility markings? 
	(j)	Is packing list attached to the outside of each 
container or piece of equipment (except sensitive items) and a 
copy place inside all containers? 
	(k)	Are hazardous cargo labels (SFs 400 to 422) attached 
to items of hazardous cargo or their containers? Is a DD Form 
1387-2 Special Handling Data./Certification, attached to all 
sensitive items? 
	(1)	Attach a placard of durable material on an 88-inch 
side of the pallet. 
	(m)	Hazardous cargo must be readily accessible for 
jettisoning. Hazardous material must not be "buried" within the 
pallet and must be visible from one 88 inch side. Mobility bins 
containing hazardous material must be placed on the pallet so the 
doors open to an 88 inch side. 
	(n)	Ensure pallets do not exceed 96 inches in height or 
10,000 pounds in weight.
 
NOTE Unit representatives must accompany their cargo/equipment 
to the in-check area to perform joint inspection. Units that 
need cargo/equipment delivered to the in-check area must make 
arrangements with vehicle dispatch at the earliest opportunity.
 
2.Cargo in-check area will be located between hanger 28 and 
building 51  See attached map for specific locations.
 
3.Those with vehicles should clean them inside and out and 
coordinate the return of the car and keys with the unit Vehicle 
Control Officer or Vehicle Control NCO. Fuel level in
government vehicle should he half full. Rental vehicles should 
be completely filled with fuel prior to turn-in. 
 
4. No Pets or laboratory animals are authorized to move aboard 
MAC aircraft. Any animals should be given away to someone in the 
local community or the individuals must make arrangements for 
shipment.
