The attached Joint Universal Lessons Learned System (JULLS) Long report for JULLS Number 41833-39199 is forward in response to your message. This JULLS report primarily addresses actions taken by HQ SAC to meet active duty requirements. Although our initial submission during April 1991 included several topics, the majority of them were either informative or needed to be worked outside of this headquarters. 2. In addition to actions taken by HQ SAC on the attached JULLS, the Air National Guard has taken steps to meet Air Reserve Component (ARC) Squadron Medical Element (SME) requirements for SAC-gained units. This includes requesting authorizations for four medical personnel in UTC 3YCAE and review of potential training programs necessary to achieve and maintain proficiency.
