    flat tire. Terminated 0010.
    
    0023 Previous Ground Emergency was a Saudi C130, T/N 1615.
    There was no flat tire. Nature of emergency was engine prop
    wouldn't go to ground idle and thought they had a flat.
    
    0030 CRT#1 met US Army FOX vehicle and responded to C-2.

    CENTCOM.

    1245 Report of areas on base going red. SRC contacted WOC
    for info. WOC reports Saudis have killed two MIGS, MIGS
    direction unknown. Standing by for additional info/warning.

    0200 Remains of a SCUD missile found left southwest of base
    5 Kilometers on private property. Saudi EOD team checked same
    out today. It will be transported to the base today (25 Jan 91).
    Length approximately 4 meters long. BDOC, SSqt Jones.
    
    0348 SRC Entry Controller reported a white Toyota Pick-Up
    truck with gray paneling on each side with one Arab individual
    with a turbine on his head with one passenger.
    
    0910 Called Major Long at Intel and asked for an AOR Map
    showing Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Kuwait. He said he should have an
