File: 110196_aacjp_01.txtCENTAF/SG DAILY UPDATE [(b)(7)] - RESTORATIONS OF KUWAIT - -- US personnel entering Kuwait or Southern Iraq in the future (or now, for that matter) face horrid sanitation and health hazards. -- Environmental Health Officer (EHO) and Bioenvironmental Engineers (BEE) at each of our ATHs and ATCs are preparing guidelines for those who must enter (voluntarily or involuntarily) the KTO. -- Basically, no food or water from local sources must be consumed. A small "survival pak" of non-perishable foodstuffs and bottled water should be taken with air crew B they continue their flights over the KTO. As forces enter the KTO, their food and water supplies must go with them. Insect repellent and soap w111 also be essential items. -- My EHO and BEE will prepare a short brief for the HO staff. - More anthrax vaccine has arrived. 56th will administer.
