 Subject: Desert Shield/Storm Pharmacy After-Action Report
 To: HQ TAC/SGPCP
 
 1. The 31 Tactical Hospital deployed to King Fahd International Airport,
 Saudi Arabia (APD 09855) on 10 September 1990. The facility, including
 the pharmacy, became fully operational on 30 September 1990. Delays were
 the result of civil engineering site preparation activities. Operations
 ceased on 8 March 1991. - -

 2. Requested information is as follows: -
 
 - a. Drugs on the Table of Allowance (TA) not included in the ATH
 Formulary: None. The ATH formulary provided by HQ TAC was used only as
 a stock number reference. Copies of a Desert Shield Formulary were
 obtained from the 32D MEDSOM supply depot (Dammam, Saudi Arabia) and
 disseminated to all deployed ATH pharmacies.
