caused some damage to drugs; however, pre-marshalling proved
to be wise because the first increment received less than 12
 hours notice prior to deployment.

 (3) Daily briefings were conducted to inform
deploying personnel on personal affairs, security, medical

B. Employment: 11 Sep 1990
 (1) First increment arrived at KFIA on 11 Sep 1990
at 1930 hours. Our arrival was not expected, so no mobility
or, PERSCO representatives met us. Also, no transportation or
billeting arrangements had been made. The remaining
-- increments arrived randomly over the next six days. Attempts .
to meet all subsequent increments were unsuccessful because
of inability to get accurate arrival information from LG or
 Operations.

 (2) Site selection was accomplished on 12 Sep. Few
acceptable sites were available due to limited utility
support. Set up was deferred in order to concentrate on site
preparation -- the was possible only because the 354th ATH
was co-located and already operational. The additional time
