Unit Mission: 	Provides Engineering, Services, Firefighting, and
Subsistence Support to joint-service contingency air operations to
deter Iraq aggression and liberate Kuwait. Supports the Air Force
component (USCENTAF) to the United States Central Command
 (USCENTCOM). Identifies required Prime Bare Emergency Engineering
Force (BEEF),  Fire Fighting,  Prime Readiness In Base Services
 (RIBS), Prime Food and Readiness (FARE) personnel,  vehicles and
equipment to beddown aircraft systems for force projection of
deployed combat units in Southwest Asia.

USCENTAF Battle Staff (Day shift).
        
- Direct Engineering & Services resource and requirement during
  hostilities of war ~
- Report Base Recovery After Attack (GREAT) and Rapid Runway Repair
(RRR) actions to the USCENTAF Engineering & Services Readiness
  Center  (ESRC) -
- Brief USCENTAF Battle Staff on the Status of Engineering &
Services issues during wartime
- Monitor cleanliness of one toilet in the basement of HQ RSAF used
by about 200 USAF men
- Construction project programming
- Liaison with RED HORSE for construction
- Engineering and Services problem solver (more engineering and
less services)
- Validate requirements and identify resources to fi11 them
- Prioritize scarce resources
- Peacemaker
       
Highlights and Accomplishments:
       
- Scope of work peaked.  LtCol (seleectee) Fisher, Engineer; and
Services folks: 2Lt Dreifke, CMSgt Hubbard, SMSgt Tatosian,  joined
our staff. LtCol Fisher pinned on LtCol 01 Feb 91 during his night
shift duty in the Battle Staff.
