      1. MAJOR_SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES_SUMMARY_-(IAST 24 HOURS):
             Mission:                          Support to
          a.           Provide-Ff-* s nnel Se@vice
      divisional and non-divisional units, with emphasis on critical
      wartime tasks specifically, strength accounting, reporting and
      management, casualty management, personnel data base and
      information management, postal operations and replacement
      operations. Provide technical assistance to the staff on all
      matters under the purview of the Adjutant General.

          b. Activities: The Group S3 continues to coordinate the movement of
      Group personnel and equipment to LBC. We have moved the majority of the
      Broup's equipment to our -Forward operating base. The battalion is in
      place and improving their position. The Battalion Commander continues to
      coordinate actions at our FOB in preparation +or operations.

          The Group S4 worked supply requests today to provide the Group with
      storage CONEXS. We intend to leave nonessential equipment an Dragon Base
      during our deployment forward.
          The Chief of Strength Ma@agement visited the 460th Replacement
      Detachment and 386th Replacement Battalion today. He discussed
      replacement operations with the Commander and staff of both
      organizations. The detachment has assumed the entire replacement
      processing mission. The Group has an LNO working in the detachment.
