          a. Mission: Provide Personnel Service Support to
      divisional and non-divisional units, with emphasis on critical
      wartime tasks specifically, strength accounting, reporting and
      management, casualty management, personnel data base and
      information management, postal operations and replacement      f
      operations. Provide technical assistance to the staff on all
      matters under the purview of the Adjutant General.

          b. Activities: The Group S3 Air Operations NCO coordinated plans
      with the Air Force flight detachment at Dhahran Airfield to move
      replacements. We are going to begin scheduling replacement personnel an
      flights from Dhahran until our request far a channel flight is approved
      and resourced by JMCC and CENTAF.
