           a. Missions Provide Personnel Service Support to
       divisional and non-divisional units, with emphasis on critical
       wartime tasks specifically, strength accounting, reporting and
       management, casualty management, Personnel data base and
       information management, Postal operations and Replacement
       operations. Provide technical assistance to the staff an all
       matters under the purview of the Adjutant Seneral.

           b. Activities- The Group 83 coordinated -final deliberate         and hasty
       movement plans with the staff today. Hasty movement-operations will be
       executed in the event a+ a crisis and IAW our evacuation SOP9 while
       deliberate movements are being-planned in preparation for our movement
       date projected 7 to 14 days'in advance.

           The Group S4  closed out his   account with   the Comptroller, formally
       terminating our local purchasing capabilities. We were able to procure a
       good deal of life support equipment through purchases an the local
       economy.
