       Saudi facilities and engineering, is supposed to provide the
       information to us. After receiving it, I was to go and check out
       the suitability of the site. I waited in the office for CPT Ameer
       for approximately 90 minutes today ancl he never showed up. I also
       left my number in his office and called him by telephone, without
       success. I will continue in my attempts to meet with him and
       determine where this building is.

       7. I worked as duty officer in the LOC this evening from
       1800-2100.
