                   (4) l@rceny of Government-PFop@Y.' On 16 Oct 90, 1-67-Armor
          reported 2 AN-PVS 7s missing from a tank that was loaded at Beaumont, TX.
          There were locks that were allegedly cut off the vehicle. The
          investigation is continuing by CID.

                   (5) Ua-rLen@--d@6;;er m@nf--@rop r y. On 16 Oct 90, a ILT iron. the
          44th Chemical Company reported someone had broken into an MIOOB parked
          outside Dhahran International Hotel and removed 4 M17A2 Protective Masks, 2
          M25 Protective Masks, 18 Nerve Agent Antidote Kits, 18 Nerve Agent
          Pretreatment Tablet Packets, and 6 M256 Decon Kits. Saudi Police responded
          to the incident and the investigation is continuing by Dhahran Police
          Department of Criminal Investigation Section (MPR# 63510).

                   (6) Traffic Accident. On IS Oct 90, a SPC from HHB, 4/5 ADA while
          operating a CUCV on a highway 5 miles south of the lst Cav Div DTAC was
          struck by a Saudi truck. The CUCV sustained a broken mirror, window, and
          antenna mount. There were no injuries. The Saudi vehicle did not stop
          after the accident. US Military Police are continuing the investigation.

                   (7) Larceny of Government Property. On 18 Oct 90, HHB and A
          Batteries, 4/5 ADA reported that between 12 Sep 90 and 15 Oct 90, persons
          unknown entered one M163A, Vulcan, and two Avengers, stealing 4 AN-PVS 7s.
          The investigation is continuing by CID.

                   (8) Traffic Accident. On 17 Oct 90, a PFC from F Company, 27th
          Support Battalion, while operating a 2 1/2 ton truckiftte6pted'-to make a
            ft-hand tarn off of the roadway and was struck by a Saudi civilian
        @etempting to pass on the left., There was damage to both vehicles, but'no
igation and the
          Saudi was at fault.

                   (9) Larceny of Government Property. On 19 Oct 90, 1-67 Armor
          reported missing two additional AN-PVS 7s (See entry dated 16 Oct 90).
          Both sets were reported to have been in MI tanks. No additional
          information is available. CID is continuing the investigation.
