         a. Mission: Provide Personnel Service Support to divisional and
      non-divisional units forward, with emphasis on critical wartime tasks
      specifically, strength accounting, reporting and management, casualty
      management, personnel data base and information management, postal
      operations and replacement operations. Provide technical assistance to
      the staff on all matters under the purview of the Adjutant General.

         b. Activitieso The Group S3 coordinated and refined movement plan
      with Group staff sections. Additionally, the S3 coordinated with Air
      Force MAPS and the 330th MCC for channel -Flights to transport replacements
      to KKMC. We will attempt to move replacements forward until ARCENT
      PERSCOM redirects replacement movement North.

         The Group S4 checked in theater availability PRC 127 radios. The
      radios are needed to enhance replacment operations at the APODs and APOES.

         The 129th Postal Company has moved to Khobar Towers, this makes
      redistribution of tentage within the Group possible. They will be used to
      billet soldiers in the forward area.
