                                smoke operations are for   concealment of
                                obstacle preparation and   defensive positions,
                                then deception operations.

                       (1)@     Provide hasty  and deliberate decontamination
                                support.

                       (2)@     Provide laege  area smoke to division units.

                       (3)@     Be prepared to accf?pt 2 dual-purpose-
                                smoke/decon platoons for DS missions.

                       (4@      Be prepared to accept Fox NBC reconnaissance
                                platoon.

                       (1)      Recon decon sites and rep(3rt   them to Division
                                Chemical.


                       (2)      Procedures for reporting and    warning of enemy
                                chemical attacks and contaminated areas will be
                                II)W Division FSOP.

                       (3)@     MOPP Level 0 init-i-:tlly, higher MOPP levels will
                                be the decision of subordinate level
                                commanders.

                       (4)      Per FSOP, units tjith ..attached chemical platoons
                                will send a daily ch(:mical unit 9Litus report
                                to the Division Clipmi(:-al Section NLT ISOOZ as
                                of 120OZ of the test? day.

                                Two packets (42 pills) of Pyridostigmine
                                Bromide Nerve Aciriit F'r-etreatmprit pills (NAPP)
                                will be issued to each soldier. Begin taking
                         pills on order.of the Commandina General.

                       (6       Employment of riot control agents is not
                                authorized.

                       (7)@     Employment of chemical agents is not
                                authorized.


                       (S@      Brigades will co(.@rdiri:ite all large area smoke
                                operations with Division B-3 prior to
                                  ecltt i on.
