               '(5) '(U) Provide appropriate resources to support preventive medicine
         and veterinary support to include vector suppression, food inspection, and
         support for military working dogs.

                 (6) (U) Establish Military Blood Program Office to coordinate daily
         blood requests.

                 (7) (U) Designate specific medical    treatment facility to treat EPW
         patients.

                 (a)      Designate specific medical   treatment facility to receive
         chemical ca @ities.

         4       CORPS EVACUATroN POLICY. The combat zone evacuation policy is 7
         d;      anges may be directed dependent upon the tactical situation and
         available resources.

         S. (U) MEDICAL REGULATIEG.

           a. (U) In-Country. In-country medical regulating will be coordinated
         through Commander. lst COSCOM, Medical Regulating Office (MRO).

           b. (U) Qut-of-Country. MRO will coordinate evacuation of patients front
         the theater through the Joint Medical Regulating Office (JMRO).

         6. (U) MILITARY BLOOD PROGRAM OFFICE (MBPO).

           a. (U) Requesting, receiving and issuing blood is a command
         responsibility.

           b. '(U) Divisional units will request blood from their OKSO. The OKSO
         will request its requirement to the 32d  MEDSOM.

           c. (U) Blood reports and request-      will be IAW XVIII Abn Corps FSOP
         except that reports will be prepared at  of 030OZ and submitted to arrive at
         the Blood Program office not later than  IIDOZ.

         7. (U) PREVENTrvE MEDICINE (PK).

           a. (U) Locally procured food will      not be consumed until approved by US
         Veterinary personnel. Coordination for   food inspection will be made through
         Commander, lst CDSCOM.

           b. (U) Disease vectors identified      at Tab A should be controlled by the
n teams, and entomological control
         teams.

           c. (U) lajwnizations identified in AR 40-562 and command directives must
         be current. keeping in mind that recent immunizations predispose an individual
         to heat injuries.
