            1. The Intent of this policy is to establish consistent, enforceable
            uniform criteria which ensures maximum efficiency, safety and reinforces
            the high standards of all soldiers assigned to the 101st Airborne Division
            (Air Assault).

                 a. Definitions:

                         (1) Camp Eagle 11: Encompasses all administrative, living, and
            training areas itx King Fahd raternational Airport, Tent City, Division
            Headquarters, and the Division ALOC/CMOC.

                         (2) Forward Operating Bases: Encompasses all administrative,
            living and training areas established North of Camp Eagle II.

                         (3) Dhahran Port Facility: Encompasses all administrative,
            1living and unloading areas of Dhahran Port Facilty.

                 b. Policies:

                         (1) Gas Mask and Weapon: All soldiers will have their gas masks
a they are inside a
            sleeping or shower area where they will ensure i=eidate access. A
            lanyard will be attached to all pistols.                      During work details, weapons may
            be consolidated and guarded. Personnel may stack weapons or store theta In
            the work area while on duty in TOCs/ALOCs.

                         (2) NBC Suit: Will be In sleep area when soldier Is within Camp
            Eagle II or Dhahran Port Facility; will be immediately available when
            travelling to our forward operating bases. This will be adjusted as
            threat conditions change.
