           1. The CG and DCG did not attend the evening update.

           2. No significant comments by the Co+S.

           3. Other.


           -Vice President Quayle is now scheduled to visit 27-30 Dec
           90--itinerar Y'll, '_, , , ow.
           -All eight of tne soldiers who drank the methanol tainted juice
           are expected to live. Only one is listed in very serious
           condition and on life support systems.

           -The soldier -From the 85th Evac Hospital previously listed as
           missing is now known to be AWOL. The soldier convinced the Air
           Force to fly him to Bermany where he caught another Air Force
           flight to Charleston, SC.

           -A female captain from the 330'th MCC, Ist COSCOM, last seen on 16
           Dec 90, is believed to be AWOL.

           -AVN. Division A/C briefed below 75% included OH-5BC ind EH-60.
           The CofS did not comment.

           -Tng. Per 3d Sde's request, LTC Silcox is coordinating with
           MARCENT for use of the MOUT site in their sector (see enclosed
           notes).


           (Air Defense. The PATRIOT battery located vic Abqaiq will be
           relocated vic Bahriin. Was informed that 3-4 ADA has been advised
           of this move.


           -G4. Maintenance contact teams for material handling equipment
           are now in theater. Corps 64 will publish further guidance.

           -VII Corps. Current personnel strength in country is approx.
           28,000. Four ships arrived yesterday and 4 more due in today.

           -The Corps blotter report +or IS Dec 90, was not received at the
           time of this report.
