              SUBJECT: Clearing Procedures for Units Redeploying through or
              from KKMC



              I.   Corps and separate commands are responsible for clearing
              their headquarters and subordinate unit areas outside the KKMC
              Radep@oynent Assembly Area (KKMC RAA).

              2.   within the KKMC PAA, Corps and separate commands are
              responsible for clearing their subordinate units and the KKMC RAA
              Commander is responsible for clearing Corps and separate
              commands.

              3.   DER is responsible for clearing units within the KKMC city
              limits (inside the fence).

              4.   The following guidance is provided regarding clearing:

                   a.   Solid waste must be properly disposed of. See ANNEX 1
                        for solid waste disposal procedures.

                   b.   Sites must be restored to their original condition.
                        See ANNEX 2 for site restoration procedures.

                   C.   KXMC area offices need to be cleared by DER. See ANNEX
                        3 for office clearing procedures.

                   d.   KKMC area billets need to be cleared by DER. See ANNEX
                        4 for billeting clearing procedures.

              5.   Commander, KKMC RAA is located in the 22nd SUPCOM Jump TOC
              in Centrum area 6.1. Tactical phone number is 7805/882 or
              7805/883. DER is collocated with Installation Corimander's office
              in Centrum area 6.1. Commercial phone number is 787-2843,
              tactical phone number is 7805/186.

              6.   Request this information be disseminated to subordinate
              units.
