                 (1) (5) During Phase 1, units move to TAA using Theater, Corps
and organic li+t on theater MSR's IAW Division Movement Order and
Corps/Theater Movement Plan. Aviation assets self deploy to forward
Airfields. Forward logistics bases are filled and replenished by Corps,
       Theater and air assets.(Covitk4a@

e(2) @ During Phase II, MSC's/Sep Bn, Companies and attachments
move/manu'Ver tactically under direction of the B3 from TAA Thompson to FAA
(Foward Assembly Areas)/Sectors. Movement will be by combination of road,
cross country and HET/Lowboy/SP modes. Units required to cross Theater
MSR's will do so at designated crossing sites. Units will coordinate
w/DISCOM MCO additional movement time to meet movement requirements that

                 (3) i&) During Phase III - VI, movement control on Division,
Corps and Theater MSR's will be based on movement requests to the MCD and
IAW FSOP. Aerial resupply will augment surface logistics.

           b. MSR Movement Control

                 (1) Both VII Corps and XVIII Corps will be moving major
units on hard surface MSR's inside of and adjacent to VII Corps TAA Juno,
includes IAD TAA Thompson. Due to lack of road space of the two Corps and
the time units must be in place dictate that the majority of VII Corps
units will move cross country while XVIII Corps units move north and West
       on MSR'S.

   (2) 0) Total adherence to march/maneuver discipline is
       necessary to ensure success.
