       ORDER 65-91M(MOVEMENT TO CONTACT)

          C. (U) Airlift Resupply

                (1) Two basic request categories:

                     (a) (U) Supplies not on hand - unit submits request thru
       supply channels; DISCOM submits airlift request.

                     (b) (U) SLipplies/equipment not on hand and require
       emergency air resupply. Unit submits emergency airlift request to IAD
       DTO.

                (2) (U) Two priority categories:

                     (a) (U) Preplanned - submit as requisition any requirements
       in catagory (1) (a) above in sufficient time to reach MC(3 NLT 36 hours
       before required delivery DTB.

                     (b) (U) Immediate - requests are forwarded through
       operation channels to DTO. DTO ICW G-3(Air) will coordinate for aviation
       support internally, and will -Forward to Corps/EAC if organic assets are
       not available. Immediate (Emergency) requests are generated when supplies
       are critical to unit survival or success of the ground tactical mission
       accomplishment. Immediate requests are submitted by voice ASAP using
       format at Tab 1.

                (3)  (U) Three delivery methods.,

                     (a) (U) Army Aviation - Div, Corps or EAC.

                     (b) (U) Air Force Air - Land.

                     (c) (U) Air Force Air - Drop (includes LAPES and other
       options).

                (4) (U) 2nd COSCOM will prepare CDS pallets for on-call
       immediate air drop missions. Pallets will be prepared and staged at KKMC
       airfield. Pallets are available in eight pre-configured loads. See
       Class V Annex M.

                (5) (U) Division aviation assets are available -For logistics air
       resupply. Corps (ilth CAB) rotary wing aircraft are mission taskable by
tted IAW para
       C. (1) & (2) above.
