       Appendix 2(T@ANSF;DRTATION) to Annex M(Service Support) to IAD Operation
       Order 65-91M(MOVEMENT TO CONTACT)

                (6) (U) Airlift requests will be validated at each level of
     ioammand. (i.e. Company, Battalion, Bde)

                (7) (U) DTO ICW G3/ALO will review and expedite requests that
       require Air Force tactical airlift (Cl3O). Confirmed air delivery method
       and LZ/LD will be passed to receiving unit by the most expedious means
       possible.

                (8)  (U) DISCOM is responsible to arrange ground movement to
       APOD/PZ (Army or AF) and to prepare cargo +or lift. DISCOM ICW 7th
       Support Group will provide sling load equipment +or external rotary wing
       lift.


                (9)  +S4 Control of Transportation Assets.

                     (a)      Aviation. Logistics air assets may be mission
       tasked by B3.

                     (b) (0) Truck Assets. DISCOM transportation assets are
       tasked by MCO. Division transportation assets (based on requirements and
       priorities) can be tasked by G3.

           d. (U) Transportation Priorities.

                (1)      Unit move priorities, to include MSR use and
      it T/Lowboy/SP use will be established by the DTO ICW B-3.
                (2)  @ MSR control procedures will be IAW 1AD FSOP.

           e. Coordinating instructions:

                (1) Supported unit will ensure security of the DZ/EZ/LZ site to
       include the Combat Control Team(CCT) and other personnel engaged in
       airland/airdrop operations.

                (2) Recovery of Air Delivery items(hardware, clevis links,
       A-22(CDS) containers, platforms, etc.) are the receiving units
       responsibility to return to the supply system. Units will secure air
       delivery items and return them to the nearest FSB/MSB and/or maintenance
       collection point.

                (3) Units will have an air drop/airland representative on the
    ground to coordinate with the TALO/CCT at the DZ/EZ/LZ.
