             MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION


             SUBJECT: CB Updatev 301830 Jan ?I


             1. The following comments were provided by the CB and command
             group at the CB Update for 3Oi83O Jan 91:

                 a. SPO.


                     (1) Rewrite FRAGO 87-91.

                     (2) Provide correct info to Corps Cdr, through B-3r on
             last ship arrival for 2d COSCOM.

                 b. TRANS. Need 5 X 7 an sending trans assets to TSA Heiser
             without impacting on other trans missions. Need trucks
             authorized, assigned and what they're doing.

                 C. TRANS/PERS. Reference movements summary and personnel
             gains reporting. CB still concerned about accurately knowing
             what we have in TAAs and port. Keep policing the battlefield.

             2. Co+S provided the following comment: Trash cans and some
             furniture are available for the staff sections from STB. Staff
             sections pick up now, keep area policed and don't have food and
             garbage around the office area all day.

             3. CS provided the following comments:

                 a. CPOGs expire after 14 days when opened. There will be no
             extended wear. 800th MMC follow up on getting CPOG requisitions
             filled.

                 b. Emphasis from Corps to clean up the SIDPERS data base
             (Pers action).

                 C. Soldiers on emergency leave in Germany having trouble
             getting back to SWA can call ETS 420-6453/7118 for assistance in
             the Stuttgart area.

                 d. Order of the Day. Contents will be down to company level
             within four (4) hours of date/time group.
