              MEMORANDUM FOR Commander, VII Corps, ATTNI CAT, APO NY 09107

              SUBJECT: Daily SITREP

              1. (NJ Situation Overview. This report is as of 1400A, 13 Dec
              90. The PSCE are task organized to beat support forward deployed
              unite of VII Corps. The PSS unites less reserve component units,
              deploying in support of VII Corps are listed below:

              2.  (U) Operatibns/Movement/Training Status.

                 b. Z%) Movement. AMBER. All of our units have received
              containers to complete unloading of their equipment. One 20 foot
              container that was missing from 400th PSC has not yet been
              located and is presumed loot; the serial number is 232640.

                   C.       Cargo and Personnel movement status is shown below:

                                      9 vehicles and 6 trailers have departed.
                            (b)  (1)  67 soldiers arrived in SWA 2 Dec 90.

                            (a)  ( )  12 vehicles have departed.

                            (b)  ( )  3 personnel have deployed.

                            (c)  ( )  2 personnel scheduled to deploy on 12
              Dec did not. Channel flight is an hold due to  mechanical
