          1. Daily Commander SITREP:

               a. Situation: Engineers -are now completely committed. We
          are no longer able to do good neighbor proi4ects. We are focusing
          on MSRS, UAV airfield and the breach sites. Engineers must begin
          now to support future operations and cease work vicinity TAPLINE
          road concentrating on Corps priorities.

               b. Operations/Tng. Combat battalions continue to make final
          corftbat checks Lop personnel and equipment. Engineer group effopt
          includes MSRS, survivability hospital 5uppor@l, and dust control.

              h. Problems Requiring Corps Assistance:

                    (1) Request Botulism serum. Of 11300 doses available to
          IID, none were allocated to non-divisional engineers supporting
          the division. Request 2750 doses lor the 9th, 317th, 249th and
          588th Engineer Battalions and the 176th Group Headquarters.

                    (2) Where are the VS-17 panels that 6-4 and ACSRM said
          ARCENT is ordering? What is the Corps alternate plan if they do
