            4.  (U)  OBSERVATION:   Combat units deployed -ri@@o theater before
            Supporting Combat Service Support units, even though it was not a
            forced entry.

            5.  (U)  DISCUSSION:   Combat units deployed into theater well
            ahead of supporting combat service support units.     This resulted
            in a heavy reliance on host nation and contracting for life
            support. of these units.  Availability of host nation support tnd
            reliability of contractor support upon com,,ne:,--@,,.ient of
            hostilities would be questionable.

            6.  (U)  LESSON LEARNED:   Combat Service Support units must be-
            integrated into the flow with early deplo@-in-5 combat units for
            non-forced entry deployments.

            7.  (U)  RECONI@iEND@TION: Integrate Combat Set-vice Support units
            into the deployment flow with  early deploying combat:.units in
            non-forced entry deployments.
