           during deployment.
           4.  .(U) -OBSERVATIO,@N: The reduction of accompanying logistical
           aircraft constrained the. logistical support to the deployed
           combat troops.

           5.  (U),. DISCUSSION: Numerous supplies and equipment   were
           delayed entering the  theater in order to support the troops due
           to the reduction of accompanying logistical aircraft. ;@By
           receiving only half of,ithe projected aircraft designated.to
           provide logistical suppor'E, the Corps was-barely able to provide
           the minimum life support supplies to the deployed force.- This

           plus.up food and other supplies that could not be flown-into
           theater from CONUS due to reduced number of aircraft'.,,
