            5. (U) OBSERVATION: CUCV'S, S&Pis, and 5,000 gallon tankers are
            unable to keep up with maneuver forces.

            6. (U) DISCUSSION: At one point, a brigade had to stop maneuver
            until fuel could be brought forward by a circuitous route.

            7. (U) RECOMUMED ACTION: Replace all CUCV with HMMWV. Replace
            S&P and 5,000 gallon tankers that operate forward with IIEMTT
            cargo and fueler.
