          5. (U) OBSERVATION: The MIRS battery needs a maintenance tech
          and a medical vehicle.

          6. (U) DISCUSSION: The MIRS battery is not located close enough
          to the DIVARTY headquarters in the field to share a maintenance
          technician and medical vehicle. A lack of these two assets
          reduced the flexibility of the MLRS battery.

          7. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Change the MLRS battery TO&E and add
          a maintenance tech and a medical vehicle.
