   ANNEX N (PERSONNEL SERVICE SUPPORT) TO 1AD OPLAN 65-91M (MOVEMENT TO FAA
   3ARCIA)


                (a) Soldiers hospitalized within IAD will returned to their
   .tn,it of assignment by the most expeditious means of transportation
   available.


                (b) Soldiers evacuated to Corps hospitals will be
   Transported to the 9th Replacement Detachment. The 9th Replacement
   Detachment will reequip soldiers (with the exception of providing weapons
   and ammo) and transport them to the Division Replacement Detachment. Once
   soldiers are evacuated to a Corps hospital they become a Corps asset. They
   nay be returned to their unit or assigned to another unit IAW Corps
   Distribution priorities.

           (10) Staff Judge Advocate:

                (a) Responsibilities:

                      1. Supervise and implement the Law of War Compliance
   -'roqram within the command.


                      2. Supervise the administration of military justice
   4ithin the command.


                      3. Supervise a "competent tribunal" (GPW 5) to
   -.etermine whether detained personnel receive enemy prisoner of war (EPW)
   Btatus.


                (b) Military Justice:


                      1. Commanders administer military justice IAW the UCMJ,
   'ICM, and applicable regulations, including AR 27-10, VII Corps 27-10 and
   IAD 27-10.


                      2. Only the Division SJA or Acting Division SJA may
   aoprove pretrial confinement. Pretrial confinement is subject to be
   -eviewed by a Military Magistrate.

                      3. Court Marshal Jurisdiction:


                          a. The is the convening authority for Bc?neral and

   Special-BCD court-martials.

                          t. The major subordinate commanders will exercise
   special courts-martial convening authority except as mentioned above.
