              Developed the use of mylar film and me     rotor blade paint to reduce the
              overall radar cross section of helicopters, with the mylar additionally reducing
              temperatures in the cockpit. (AVSCOM)
              Developed and fielded superhard coating for canopi   dows to extend their
              service life by reducing sariti- induced abrasion. Developed and Selded a new
              polishing compound for canopies; together, they reduced the polishing
              requirements by about 1/3. (AVSCOM)
