         simultaneously. Iraqi forces began to surrender and come out of their fighting
         positions within the bunker    complex and began moving towards TF 4-32. At
         about the same time, the Bravo Tank commander report@ that the Traqi's were
         counterattacking as he was observing approximately twenty to thirty tanks and
         personnel carriers vicinity of PU 755145 and moving in a northwesterly
         direction. The TF initiated both direct and indirect fire upon the moving
         enemy vehicles while at'the s4me time the Ira a         within the bunker complex
         surrended.

               Between OelO and 0818 hours4 there were       four MLRS missionns fired    in the
         RFCT sector. Twelve rockets each at grids PU 836111, PU E330079, PU 815085,
         and PU 818091. No BDA was reported.
             By 270830CFEB91, the RFCT has established        an EPW collection Point at grid
         PU 709144, At about the same time, the BDE TOC reported its location as PU
 at PU 700OIZ6. The combat power for the
         RFCT is listed at 99 tanks, 79 M2/3s, 13 M106s, and 6 M113A3s (belonging to
         TF 4-34 AR scouts).
               The TFs are given an Intel Summary by the BDE S-2 at 270950CFEB9L The
         summary indicates that there are platoon sized enemy forces between PL BULLET
         and PL LIME. Between PL LIME and the Kuwait border, the RFCT could expect
         company sized forces. The Tawakalna Division has been rated as combat
         ineffective, the 6th Armored Division is moving north along the 35 north-south
         grid line, while the Sist Mechanized Division is reported to be moving north
         along the Kuwait coastal road.
             The RFCT locations as reported at 1010 hours places TF 3-5 CAV at PU 71139
         TF 4-32 AR at PU 7316, TF 4-34 vicinity PU 7620, and the TOC at PU 6713. At
         approximately 271030CFEB91, the RFCT again resumed its movement towards the
         southern half of OBJECTIVE DORSET.
               Enroute, the RFCT had numerous contacts with enemy elements each ranging
         in size from two to eight armor vehicles. Between 1345-1500 hours, Alpha and
         Charlie 3-5 CAV made contact and destroyed at least 12 T-72/62 tank's, and
         numerous BMFvs between the 10 and 13 east-west grid line extending westward
         four kilometers from the PU 87 north-south grid line.
               During the same period, the TFs were processing large numbers of EPWs
         who either put 4                                                                   EP
                           & token resistance or surrendered outright. The new RFCT           W
         collection point: was at grid PU 810120. The TF's were also coming across many
         abandoned vehici-@ equipment, and fightind positions. In the southern
         portion. of the RFCT sector, TF 4-34 AR came upon and destroyed a bunker
         complex supported by at least two T-72s and BMPs at or around 1500 hours
         vicinity PU B74087.
            Upon reaching OBJECTRVE DORSET-SOUTH (PU 9510), the RFCT again made
         contact with enemy armor a                            ts were dug into

         resistance and continued its movement to the southeast. At approximately
         271630CFEB91 the RFCT CDR ordered the artillery to tuck in with the maneuver
         elements and the remainder of the Combat Team to tighten up for the final move
         to OBJECTIVE MINDEN-SOUTH (DU 1501) inside Kuwait. Enroute, the RFCT used
