                     (e) Chemical Casualties: A Decon site will be identified
            and established by the unit downwind from the BAS. A minimum of four
            non-medical personnel will be provided by the unit to assist the BAS
            in patient decontamination. MEDEVAC will not fly into a known
            chemically contaminated area nor will they evacuate a non
            decontaminated patient.

            4.       Service Support:

                a. Each BAS will have a 48 hour push package on hand for its
            initial movement. A Trauma resupply package will be pushed forward
            from the BMSA.

                b. Each BAS will have CANA distributed to its medics. Basis of
            issue is 5 per medir. I+ supplies allow, Combat lifesavers will be
            issued 3.


                C. C, 498th will have 50 unit of whole blood on hand.

            5.      Command and Signal:

                a. MEDEVAC Frequency is 39.15. Medevac in our sector is
            Lonestar Dust Off. Units may operate secure or non-secure when
            accessing Dust Off.

                b. Current SOI in effect.
