       (U) TIME ZONE USED THROUGHOUT THE ORDER: ZULU.

       +" TASK ORGANIZATION: SEE ANNEX A (Task organization).

       1. @ SITUATION:


           a.        Enemy Forces.

                (1) (U) Current INTSUM in effect.

                (2)       Terrorism    remains    the greatest threat to EAC
       units.   Level I threat forces may be operating in the AOR. Terrorist
       organizations are identified in the current INTSUM.

                (3)       Iraqi forces have the will and capability to use
       chemical and biological weapons in both the defense and offense.
       Delivery means which are of direct concern to EAC units include
       SCUD-B, AL HUSAYN, and AL ABBAS Surface to Surface Missiles.

                (4)       Iraqi aircraft which are capable of reaching EAC
       units include BADGER and BLINDER Long Range Bombers.

           b.        Friendly Forces.

                (1)       See Annex A (Task organization).

                (2)       Elements of the US Military Forces, Royal Saudi Air
       and Land Forces, Saudi National Guard, and other committed Allies
       stationed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

           C. (U) Attachments and Detachments:           123rd Med Det (HA) will
       augment Al-Eskan Clinic.

           d.       Assumptions:

0 US Military personnel will be stationed in
       the Capitol Region Area. The largest concentration (22,000) being in
       Al Eskan Village.

                (2)       Area Security will be IAW Base Defense Plan. Local
       security will be IAW unit SOP'S.
