                  (10) (U) Provide     6@ental treatment to staff and patients.
         Provide oral       surgery support for military personnel in the AO Plus
         patients referred @ by Area Support Dental Detachments.

                  (11) (U) Be prepared to expand in 100 bed increments as
         needed.

             i.         382nd Field Hospital (400 Beds).

                  (1)        Provide hospitalization for all classes of patients
         evacuated from the Combat Zone and the AO. LO&ated at Saudia Arabia
         National Guard Hospital (SANG), Riyadh, aka, King Fahd National Guard
         Hosital (KEH).

                  (2)        Be prepared to operate a chemical contamination
         control area. See Annex 1.

                  (3) (U) Provide       resuscitative      surgery and and medical
         treatment of the critically injured or ill patients requiring highly
         specialized care.

                  (4)   (U) Provide     surgical,     oral    surgical    and medical
         services for   patients held for definitive care.

                  (5)   (U) Provide intensive, intermediate and minimal care
         ward nursing   service for 400 inpatients.

                  (6)   (U) Provide consultative       services for outpatients from
         other MTF'S.

                  (7)   (U) Provide     primary medical outpatient service for
         organic personnel only.

                  (8)   (U) Provide pharmacological, clinical laboratory and
         radiological services for up to 400 patients, and for outpatients
         referred to the hospital for consultation.

                  (9) (U) Provide medical administrative services to support
         workloads designated above.

                  (10) (U) Provide Dental treatment to staff and patients.
         Provide oral       surgery support for military personnel in the AO plus
ts referred to by Area Support Dental Detachments.

                  (11) (U) Be prepared to expand in loo bed increments
         needed.

             j.         217th Evacuation Hospital (400 Beds).

                  (1)        Provide hospitalization for all classes of patients
         evacuated from the Combat Zone and the AO.                Located at Al Amal
         Hospital vic Southwest Riyadh.

                  (2)        Be prepared to operate a chemical contamination
         control area. See Annex I.
