               a. -@ituation: Engineers are now focusing on VSR maintenance
          and  destruction of Iraqi equipment and supplies. We are planning
          for  movement back to RAAS.

             h. Problems Requiring     Corps Assistance:

                 (1) Need good clear   guidance on the ultimate fate of our
          attachments from Germany.    Particularly those soldiers who were
          attached from units that have inactivated (e.g. 78th En4r Bn).
          Are their original orders still good or will they be reassigned'

                 (2) Please provide information as to how 'C' bags are to
          be handled for personnel returning to USAREUR/CONUS units and
          then inlnediately travelling on to TDY or PCS assignments.
