                  Reinspected 401st's EPW compound with PM personnel. SSG
         27 FEB
         Stephens' recommendations were pallet utilization and segregation
         of foods was implemented. Met with supply SGT'S.

         28 FEB - Inspected 403rd's EPW compound. (A preventative
         medicine nightmare) The sanitation was horrible and food being
         stored was totally unacceptable. SSG Stephens instructed camp
         personnel to correct the defects noted. Drove to M&M compound
         for equipment.
