        1. MAJOR SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES FOR MST-A, MST-D and the EPW
        Camp:

                                 22 - 28 FEB 1991
                                     MST-A

        22-28 FEB - Normal food inspection with no significant problems
        noted.


                                      MST-D


        22 FEB - Down day for MST-D.

        23 FEB - SGT's Boltz & Ralph went to Shaikh Isa and 6th Fleet
        for class 4 inspections. Then went to 47th Field Hospital.

        24 FEB - SGT's Boltz & Ralph went to Banz Warehouse for
        inspection of shipment for Cunard Princess.

        25 FEB - SGT Boltz went to Shaikh Isa and SGT Ralph went to 6th
        Fleet for B-ration inspection. Inspected 47th Field Hospital
        class 4 deliveries.

        26-27 FEB - SGT Boltz went to Shaikh Isa and SGT Ralph went to
        6th Fleet for inspections. Inspected 47th Field Hospital class 4
        deliveries.

        28 FEB - SGT Boltz went to Shaikh Isa and to 6th Fleet for
        inspections. Inspected 47th Field Hospital class 4 deliveries.
        SGT Ralph had a down day.

                                     EPW CAMP

        25 FEB - SSG Stephens traveled to the EPW camp and met with the
        Preventive Medicine personnel and Dining Facility Manager.

        26 FEB - Inspected food storage facilities inside the 401st EPW
        compound. Recommended palletization of food and better
        separation of foods in storage. Inspected camps with PM
        personnel.
