         1.    MAJOR SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES FOR MST-A and MST-D:
                                  (01 FEB - 07 FEB 91)

                                          MST-A
               01 Feb    An estimated 43,340 lbs of of class 5, 240,000 lbs
         of class 7 and 71,000 lbs of class 9 inspected. MAJ Nye attended
         meeting at HQ's 483rd Med Det at M&M compound.
               02 FEB - An estimated 42,000 lbs of class 5, 105,000 lbs of
         class 7 and 52,000 lbs of class 9. MAJ Nye visited the 197th INF
         BDE, CSSD 111, Bastogne, lst MEF Forward and Nanifa Bay.
               03 FEB - An estimated 91,000 lbs of class 5, 84,000 lbs of
         class 7 and 32,000 lbs of class 9. One vehicle broke down on the
         way to Al Quarah. It was repaired the same day.
               04 FEB - An estimated 83,000 lbs of class 5, 2,500 lbs of
         class 7 and 67,000 lbs of class 9.       MAJ Nye visited Al Mashab,
         Kibuit,  and Al Quarah.
               05 FEB - MAJ Nye attempted to locate the Britsh MWD's and the
         lst MEF  and 2nd MEF MWD'S. Attended the PM meeting.
               06 FEB - An estimated 149,000 lbs of class 5 was inspected.
               07 FEB - MAJ Nye visited lst MEF HQ's, Ras Safaniya trying to
         locate MWD'S.

                                           MST-D
               01 FEB - SGT Ralph and Boltz inspected deliveries at Sheikh
         Isa until 1300hrs. They proceeded to 352nd Air's Dining Facility.
         Inspected siubsistence at the cruise ship. Checked at the 47th FLD
         Hosp. for the days deliveries.
               02 FEB - Same as above.
               03 FEB - SGT Boltz and Ralph went to 6th Fleets Hospital to
ersonnel. Normal food inspection
         mission.
               04-07 FEB    SGT Boltz and SGT Ralph went to Sheikh Isa and
         inspected deliveries and checked on the Cruise Ship and the days
         deliveries at the 47th FLD Hosp.
