                 b. Trash Dumnsters.

                       (1) Trash dumpsters must be cleaned on a regular basis.
                 The dumpsters should be cleaned bi-weekly with high pressure
                 spray or steam generating equipment.
                       (2)  All trash should be placed in garbage bags.     The
                 bags must be sealed.
                       (3) All spilled trash must be picked up immediately from
                 around the dumpsters. The asphalt should be cleaned at the
                 same tire the dumpsters are cleaned.

                 c. Area Police.

                       (1)  Unit commanders must ensure that their area of
                 responsibility is policed daily.
                       (2) Trash cans must be checked and dumped as a minimum
                 twice daily if required.
                       (3) The areas around the PX concessions stands must be
                 policed daily. A sufficient amount of trash cans with lids
                 should be placed throughout the concession areas.

            4. CLOSING:

                 a. The above recommendations will help ensure the health of
            the soldiers. Unit commanders must ensure that their areas are up
            kept to keep their soldiers healthy.
