(c) (Si Forward Support Elements CFSE) of C/101st
FSB and C/201st FSB provide medical coverage for 1-4 CAV and TF
3-37, respectively. FSE from C/49Bth FSB provides medical
coverage for TF IRON.
(d) F/701st MSB provides area medical coverage
for elements in FAA JUNCTION CITY. C/498th FSB provides area
medical coverage for elements in FAA MANHATTAN. Evacuation out
of FAA JUNCTION CITY and MANHATTAN to corps CSH/EVAC hospitals
will be provided by ground and air ambulances from 332nd Medical
Bde.
(e) (S) FSEs from the FSBs will support artillery
raids by divisional and corps field artillery. FSBs will
evacuate casualties from their supported units within their BDE
sector (75th FA BDE, DIVARTY, 42nd FA BDE and 142nd FA BDE) by
tracked ambulances. Direct coordination between the supporting
and supported units is authorized. Aeromedical evacuation may be
called to evacuate URGENT casualties north of PL VERMONT during
the recon/counter-recon operations.
(i) (S) 507th and 1022nd Air Ambulance Companies,
co-located with FSES, will provide aeromedical evacuation during
these raids. URGENT casualties will be evacuated to the CSHs for
'initial surgical care: F/701st MSB will evacuate ROUTINE
casualties from the CSH triage sites to their location by
ground. The Division Medical Operations Center (DMOC) will be
located in the vicinity of DMAIN.
(3) PHASE III: Attack and penetrate enemy
forward positions.
(a) +S-)- 101st, 201st, and 49E3th FSEs medically
rigades. Corps medical clearing
platoons from 142nd Medical Company and 209th Medical Company
will co-locate prior to 6 - 8 with the 101st FSE and 201st FSE,
respectively, to provide additional resuscitative casualty care.
(b) tS) Corps ground ambulances from 651st Ambulance
Company will co-locate with 101st FSE-16 , 201st FSE-20, and
498th FSE-4 prior to G - 8 and provide evacuation to CSHS. Corps
ambulances will go to forward AXPs if needed. FSB Commander is
the decision authority. Ambulance shuttle points (ASP) will be
located in the vicinity of the intersection of MSR BARRY and PL
VERMONT and MSR SCHOFIELD and PL VERMONT. Additional ground
ambulances (4-6 on each side) from lst AD (UK) will evacuate
casualties from ASPs to the CSHS. As 3rd Brigade exploits the
breach made by 2nd Brigade, corps ground ambulances will evacuate
patients from the 498th FSE.
