          1. NOT ONE MORE LIFE!

          2. Enclosed VII Corps Main Fwd IICSII message, SAB, outlines
          procedures for collecting, marking, storing, reporting and
          disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material.

          3. All commands must ensure hazardous waste is properly marked
          and disposal is through a hazardous waste collection point. The
          attached message outlines temporary procedures which may be taken
          for temporary storage if tactical situation warrants. There
          remains, however, the requirement to ensure the eventual proper
          disposal of all hazardous waste.
